At Simplicity by Nik, we understand the importance of timely delivery and want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Here is some important information about our shipping process:

Processing Time

Once you place an order with us, our dedicated team works diligently to process and ship it within 24-48 business hours. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Custom Order Processing Time

Processing Time 4-7 days (can be up to 10 days)

 **(depending on the complexity of the the design Orders can take 3-4 weeks for creating and delivery )** 

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your order within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. However, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors. In some cases, it may take up to 7 days for your order to arrive.

Custom Order Delivery Time

Shipping Time can be  5-10 days

Weekend and Holiday Orders

If you place an order on the weekends, rest assured that it will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Similarly, orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We have chosen USPS as our trusted shipping partner to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your jewelry pieces. But we will also allow the option for UPS and Fedex for those who choose to utilize other options.

Tracking Your Order

To keep you informed about the status of your order, we will send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

At Simplicity by Nik, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Returns 

You have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to return your item.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund. To receive a full refund Item must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging also please provide your order number or copy of your receipt as your proof of purchase

Exchanges 

You have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to exchange your item. To exchange your item follow the same procedure for returns. Once we receive your item we will send you an email with your gift card/ invoice credit number  which you will use at check out once you have selected your exchange item. Any unused money on the gift card / invoice credit can be used at anytime for 1 year toward another purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Items

** All Custom products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund  or exchange since it is a customized item that can not be resold or cancelled**
